My coaching embraces the following practices & coaching methods:
LAW OF ATTRACTION COACHING
The Law of Attraction is the heart of my coaching. It has had such a profound effect on my own life that I now fully appreciate that thoughts REALLY do become our reality.
You magnetically attract into your life whatever you are a vibrational match to, which is dictated by your beliefs and energy.
Law of Attraction Coaching goes deep into the underlying principles so that you can learn how to apply it correctly and make it work for your life & desires, and ultimately, for your dream business goals.
SELF-WORTH
What you believe & how you feel about yourself affects what you are able to call into your life.
If you believe you can’t, chances are you won’t.
If you don’t treat yourself with respect, you will struggle to attract those who do so either. If deep down you don’t feel like you are worthy of money, or whatever else you want to manifest, it becomes incredibly difficult to receive those gifts from the universe.
DIGGING INTO YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS
Most people don’t know what it is that is truly keeping them stuck & preventing them from manifesting their desires.
It’s my role to help you get the root of the issue. Using a process of digging work, my coaching helps you tap into those subconscious blocks you didn’t even realise existed and identify the deep rooted limiting beliefs that are holding you back so that we can then bring them to the surface and release them.
SHIFTING BELIEFS USING NLP & THETA HEALING
A big part of manifesting your desires using Law of Attraction all rests with your beliefs. Limiting beliefs you possess about yourself or the world around you, shape what you attract into your reality. NLP is a process through which you will change your beliefs and thought patterns to match the reality you want to create for yourself.
ENERGY HEALING
Negative experiences, people and beliefs can leave you holding onto balls of negative energy which will need to be cleared in order to raise your own vibrational frequency. Using various different energy healing techniques including EFT, Chakra cleansing & Crystal healing, my work helps you release the energetic blocks that will prevent you from receiving your desires from the universe.
FEMININITY ACTIVATION
This part of the process is about awakening your feminine energy.
It’s about leaving behind the energies of the “man’s world” in which you were raised, led by competition, judgement, ego, attachment, and jealousy and instead, embracing femininity through self care, intuition, community, connection & creativity.
This is about you now stepping into your highest power and truth, feeling confident & empowered as a woman and accessing a state of bliss so that manifesting your desires happens with ease & flow, rather than an uphill, lonely struggle.
